Different Sports

This blog is for all athletes, as lifting and running will help anyone in any sport.

Runners: Do longer distance on the runs, but low weight and higher repetitions on the weights.

Wrestlers: Do the runs harder, but keep the right distance, and go heavier on the lifting, with lower reps.

Baseball Players: Lift normal weight with specified reps, and do the specified runs.

These are the only sports I've played, so comment with your sport and how you think others in your sport should lift/run.

Everyone should be drinking plenty of water during the day, and not eating fast - food for any meal.
